DOBSON TOSSES GEM TO EVEN SERIES WITH CHISOX

Joe only stuck out one batter, but he only walked one too, and was in command the entire game. Only one base runner got as far as second base.

Chicago’s starter, Bob Kuzava, was plagued by walks, issuing four free passes, three of which scored.

Dom DiMaggio had three hits to lead the offense.
