The Hammers picked up two quick runs, on Willie Mays’ twenty fifth homerun of the year, but fell a run short, as the Naturals won, 5-4, ending a three game losing skid. WP-Max Scherzer(10-5). Comets 6 Terrifics 4. Despite a pair of homers from Reggie Jackson, the Terrifics were unable to get by the Comets, losing, 6-4.
