In one of the wildest games this year, Mark McGwire(41) hit a game winning, two run homerun in the bottom of the eleventh inning, to notch a thrilling, 3-2 win over the Terrifics. His game winning homerun snatched victory from defeat, for in the top of that inning, Pedro Martinez had surrendered a go ahead homer to pinch hitter, Graig Nettles(6).
