This was a 12 inning battle. Bullet Joe Rogan started and went seven and a third. It was a 1-1 deadlock until Philadelphia pushed two runs across with a two run single in the top of the 12th inning. Cleveland wouldn’t go quietly, as they scored in the bottom of that inning, but were only able to get one run. Benny McCoy hit his first homer of the year.

Cleveland’s Ken Keltner belted a three run, walkoff homer, as the Indians got revenge, 4-3. The loss was the first on the season for the previously undefeated, Bill Foster.
Philadelphia is off tomorrow, then head to Detroit for a three game series with the Tigers, to close out their road trip.
