Bullet Joe Rogan earned his fifth complete game win, in a 6-1 victory, as the Philadelphia Athletics defeated the Detroit Tigers, for the second day in a row.
Josh Gibson clubbed his 27th home run for the victors. Ray Dandridge had three hits and scored twice.
The two clubs wind up the series with a double header tomorrow.
