Boston’s Mickey Harris went the full nine innings, as Boston got past Philadelphia, 5-2. Harris limited the Athletics to just three runs and struck out five, however, he issued seven free passes. Unfortunately, for Philly, none of those free passes were able to be cashed in for runs.
With Philadelphia having already clinched, the season concludes on September 28th, with a double header against Boston.
