Designated hitter, Shohei Ohtani and Carlton Fisk hit back-to-back doubles in the top of the sixth inning and that run pushed the Phenoms to a 3-2 win over the 1920 Cleveland Indians. It was the seventh straight win for the Phenoms, who have been terrific in the 1920’s leg of the tour.
Fisk had a double and two singles, while Joe Jackson and Bob Meusel chipped in with two hits each.
Vean Gregg went six innings in earning his second win, while Mark Eichhorn had a great relief stint, working three innings of scoreless ball.
