Vean Gregg went the distance, earning his first shutout as the Phenoms blanked the 1920 St. Louis Browns, 5-0. Frank Robinson belted his team leading, seventh home run and Joe Jackson hit his third “round tripper” of the tour. In addition to his home run, Robinson had a double and a single, to lead the Phenoms’ offense.
The Phenoms will finish up the 1920’s leg of their barnstorming tour when they play the St. Louis Cardinals.
