The Phenoms have been shutout, for the first time since Robin Roberts, of the ’51 Phillies, turned the trick, in game #103.

Murray Dickson tossed a five-hit whitewash for the ’56 Cardinals, fanning five and allowing not a single free pass. Vean Gregg took the loss, going six innings, while allowing three runs on four hits, along with three base on balls and two wild pitches. Stan Musial had a single, a double and a walk.
