The 1958 version of Willie Mays belted a pair of home runs and Johnny Antonelli pitched a five-hit shutout, as the 1958 Giants defeated the Phenoms, 5-0. Mays’ second home run was a three-run clout off reliever, Mark Fidrych. Hideo Nomo started and allowed two runs over seven innings. Jim Davenport chipped in with a homer and a double. Frank Robinson and Andre Dawson each had two hits in a losing effort.
