Los Angeles Dodger, Billy Grabarkewitz belted a walk off home run off Bill Wilson, as the Phillies lost, 3 to 2. Steve Carlton came away with a seven inning, no decision and was pretty fortunate to do so. He was in trouble, pretty much every inning and allowed Los Angeles to take a two to one lead, in the bottom of the sixth. Philadelphia was able to tie the game in the top of the eighth, setting up the drama which took place in the bottom of the ninth. It is Carlton’s first loss of the season, after getting off to a 4-0 start.
