GM #19 Notes:

With Boston losing and Cincinnati winning, the Reds have closed to within a game. Minnesota and Pittsburgh have the same 8 and 11 record but are headed in opposite directions. The Twins started hot, but have cooled off lately, dropping their last three in a row. Conversely, the Pirates have won three straight, as they try to get back to playing .500 ball.

On an individual note, Roberto Clemente of Pittsburgh has begun to show up on the Leaderboard. He is tied for second place in hits and triples and has improved his batting average to .316.

UPCOMING GAMES:

CINCINNATI AT NEW YORK

LOS ANGELES AT MINNESOTA
