The Athletics and Tigers game was washed out today. In other action, the St. Louis Browns won the first game of a double header against the Washington Senators, 6-3. The second game ended in a 3-3 tie, called because of darkness. Boston defeated Cleveland, 1-0 and Chicago downed New York, 9-1.
Today’s scheduled game will be made up as part of a double header tomorrow.
